Our licensed, professional process servers will attempt service in Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, Riverside, and Ventura counties as quickly as same day up to 72 hours later depending upon your needs. Through our professional relationships and membership in the California and National Associations of Photocopiers and Process Servers (CAPPS & NAPPS), we can also facilitate your service of process needs in all of California, nationwide and in foreign countries.

 

After service, we will email you a signed, ready-to-file proof of service. In the case of unsuccessful service attempts, we will provide you with signed declaration of diligence attempts. If we determine that the service address appears invalid, we will perform a skip trace to find a better address. If you would like to use our Service of Process professionals, please place your order by signing up and/or logging in. After creating an account through SignUp, simply Login to the portal and place your order. Our Base Charge for service of process is $80, which includes:

• 3 attempts on a single defendant at the same address within Los Angeles County nearby (i.e., Los Angeles County south of the 5/14 Freeways junction), with the 1st attempt occurring within 3 business days of Envoy’s receipt of a complete set of documents, and the remaining 2nd and 3rd attempts each occurring within 2 business days of prior attempt.

• A Proof of Service emailed to you within 24 hours of service being completed or, if service is unsuccessful, a Declaration of Due Diligence emailed to you within 24 hours of the last unsuccessful service attempt.

• Due Diligence reports on the job status.
