• Photocopying: Clean, loose page at $.15/page. Up to $.50/page depending upon frequency of staples, paperclips, clips, binders, condition of documents, size/type of documents (e.g., post-it notes, checks, receipts, memo pads, etc.), whether fasteners must be replaced, and other factors.

• Scanning: Clean, loose page at $.12/page plus cost of thumb drive or other storage device to be returned to customer. Up to $.50/page depending upon frequency of staples, paperclips, clips, binders, condition of documents, size/type of documents (e.g., post-it notes, checks, receipts, memo pads, etc.), whether fasteners must be replaced, and other factors.

• Bates number and “CONFIDENTIAL/PROTECTIVE ORDER”-type labelling: Large run (100+page) PDF batches using Adobe Acrobat or similar program starting at $.03/page. Up to $.20/page for individual PDFs. Call for quote for Bates number stamping of hard copies or electronic numbering of Excel files.

• Tabbing, binding, hole punching and other services: $50/hr.

• Pricing subject to inspection of documents upon receipt by Envoy.

• Pick-up and delivery charges : priced as Messenger Services (pick-up and delivery free for orders over $200 in urban LA area).

• $30.00 minimum on all jobs.
